On Tuesday 29 June 2021 Solemnity of Ss Peter and Paul, Archbishop Andrew Fuanya NKEA Metropolitan of Bamenda and Apostolic Administrator of Mamfe ordained 25 deacons in the Bamenda Cathedral. 17 of these were incardinated into the Archdiocese of Bamenda and 8 into Mamfe Diocese. In his homily Archbishop Nkea called on the young deacons to preach the authentic doctrine of the Catholic Church given the numerous heresies or false doctrines that are rampant today.
