CoSMO Team told to Recourse, Bridge Identified Gaps

Conférence Episcopale Nationale du Cameroun > Actualité & évènements > Actualité CoSMO > CoSMO Team told to Recourse, Bridge Identified Gaps

The CoSMO Project team has been urged to intensify their efforts to address identified gaps in the project implementation.

This call was emphasised during a quarterly « Pause and Reflect » meeting, which brought together Zonal managers, Social Service Officers, Senior Care and Treatment Officers, and Domain leads.

During the meeting, the team identified gaps and shortcomings in the project implementation for the first two quarters of 2024 (Q1 and Q2 of FY24).

Following three days of reflection, the team diligently devised strategies to address unmet targets and outlined the next steps for the upcoming quarters. Dr. Rose Chia, Deputy Chief of Party for Program Quality at CoSMO, urged the team to translate these strategies into immediate actionable plans upon their return to their respective duty stations.

The « Pause and Reflect » meeting aimed to assess performance against goals and targets and leverage data to highlight successes and areas for improvement.

Dr. Xavier Tchetnya, Chief of Party, encouraged the staff to regroup, even if it meant expanding to new PEPFAR sites to enroll more participants.

Pause and Reflect was held from June 2-6, 2024 in Mbalmayo, South Region of Cameroon.
